Not sure about the Dynas, but I run one on my 85 Superglide.  I removed the factory mid controls in favor of forward controls.  It is possible to have a little conflict I guess, but to get the position I wanted I added a "swivel" I guess you would call it (also from Kuryakin) on each end before attatching the foot pegs and have no clearance issues and have found a good place for my feet when I want a change.
