Lifter blocks

Hope everyone had an great Christmas! 

I'm going to be installing a new cam (EV27) in my 90 flht. It currently has 107,000 miles on it. Along with the cam I'll be installing new lifters. The question is... what is the likelyhood that I'll be needing new lifter blocks also? I know I won't know for sure until I remove them, but if the consensus is that they most likely will need to be replaced I'll start shopping for them now along with the rest of the parts. TIA

107000 miles,,do not hazzle with the old lifterblocks,,,,
let new lifter and blocks wear in together,,for the
next 100000 miles
