40mm CV carb mixture screw washer size, does anybody know?

I am setting up my carb and the mixture screw has the spring and rubber o ring but as far as I can see (tell) in looking down in the hole, LOL, I can't see the washer that is supposed to be there.

I would like to just get one at a hardware store somewhere if anyone knows what size washer I could use to solve the problem?

And yes I know for $7.95 I can get one in the kit with the spring, o-ring, and new washer but that seems a little steep. Bike was running fine w/o washer just keeping up on the maintenance of a 20 year old piece of iron.

I'm assuming the dealer is not allowed or want to get involved with the sealed rubber plug and emissions liability with all the fuss over cap and trade.LOL.  Hope this isn't the start of a "Joke thread" but it is Friday in America after all.

If you have a Kawasaki dealer nearby, the part number is:
Washer-92022-1003
O-ring - 92055-1002
I have some washers here, but have no way to accurately measure the ID.
They are metric.
If you want, I would send you one free.
