Found site by accident. I was searching for shovel info .
I've had mine since 84 . Second owner ,1976 FLH Liberty Edition .
Lot's of "up grades ". BDL primary belt , when I broke off 6 teeth
on the clutch hub . Then I learned that you have to vent a belt drive. That sealing it up melts the belt.
Added Dana single fire when I had to limp home
with chev points the first weekend I had it.
Had to fab a bracket for the duel coils . Then a second one when I
learned how hot they get under your seat. The stock pipes gave out and the support bracket for the new ones broke so many times I gave up . I made one that's still holding. That's all for now .
She asked " why I keep it" ? Cause I can't imagine not having it !
