wiring problem on 06 Dyna

Customer bike is a 06 Dyna .Found the red power wire to the fuse for the TSSM and speedo has roited off in the back of the fuse box.I found a part # for the wire terminal.My question is , can this terminal be removed with out hurting the box and what pin tool is used.The book don't show the removal of this wire and terminal.Thanks
