Picture by your group name

Is the picture what is called an avator?  How do I put my picture by my name?  Please make it very easy and detailed as I can barely type let alone do anything right on computer.

Start here.
Click on the Profile Tab in the upper section of this page
Click on Forum Profile Information at the left side of the page
Click on I will upload my own picture
Click on Browse to select a picture
When done, click on Change Profile at the bottom of the page

You're done.
Give it a shot. It's really fairly straight forward.
