04 carbed RK now a 96 with AMS ported heads and 203s. As an 88 with 203s it ran well with 45 slow 190 main and a sporty needle-what will it want now? THANKS      Dave

Jeffd

Should be about perfect as is.  Maybe a 46 slow and ~2 turns out from seated on the air fuel screw.

Jeffd,
Is the above jetting about what you settled with for the "21's" ?

I used a N72S needle and 46 slow, 190 main.  The N72S is very slightly leaner than the N65C. I used this for the 26's too and according to the afr about perfect.  Scurvy is using 185or 180 main, 45 slow and N65C on his ams 96" with 37's.  I believe his was rich with 190.

Scurvy

Dave - N65C, 45 slow, 185 main with the pro pipe on my AMS 96". What was your mileage before the build and have you ran a tank through your new build yet to see what it is?

Where you are is as good a place as any to start.   I betcha you will run it just as is and it will be ok.
