Mikuini carb parts

I can find Mikuni jets and accessories everywhere, but not doing so good on parts such as the throttle lever TM42 /48. I did locate a guy in WV and an outfit called SUDCO? 

Is it hard getting parts other than jets and accessories for the Mikuni HSR?
