SEST File questions

Which file does everyone prefer to use for a base file on a 2006 Deuce Big Bore with SE-203 cams, Stock heads, 10.25:1 Cast pistons, and Vance & Hines B.S.S.?  I know the 2006 file number would be 141NU002 and 127HD019 is not for my model year but sounded and looked pretty good.  I was thinking about doing a copy/paste from the timing tables of 127HD019 and seeing what happens.  Any thoughts?  Thanks for your opinions, Calvin.
