I have done a some what unusual build, here are the thread on the build;
http://harleytechtalk.com/htt/index.php/topic,38766.0.html

I am using TTS and have today done a lot of tuning.
The trials started with
2008â€"2009 Touring 1690 SHO pistons, 264 cam, heads DTX205-03
Was running quite good, but I wanted to activate the exhaust valve as my bike is a HDI model,
so the next trial was the all market;

2008â€"2009 All Mkt Touring 1690 A/C, exhaust, pistons DTQ205-03
It was not possible to make this cal run OK, did the cam settings and V-tune, not good for this combo.

Next step was to go back to something more suitable, and ditch the exhaust valve.
I chose;
2008â€"2009 Touring 1690 CNC, pistons, 260 cam, heads DTY205-03

My thinking was that the description was intresting and close on both cam and the type of head.
(not MVA huge valves and open chamber)
It turned out to be a winner!

After 7 V-tunes within the brake in limits, I now have perfect smoothness, in sixth gear from 1200 rpm and up.
(just for testing......)
The bike feels very good and pulls strong in sixth gear at 50-60 mph.

I have done V-tuning, EGR, Ignition, idle, AFR, closed throttle spark.
the rest i from DTY205-03-

More to come when I have the miles to up the RPMs.
