Help!

Since the move to the new forum, I can no longer stay logged in. I don't have this problem on any other forums.

Any ideas?

Beside the login boxes for your user name and password, there is a dropdown box that should be set to "forever". Have you done that?

My lap top at work keeps me signed in forever...thus one makes me log in each time...go figure... Im still working on why..

Right now........ stay logged in and go to Home.........
then right click and click on Shortcut.

You should have this on your computer front and just double click and end up here all signed in.

Yes, it's most likely a Cookie problem. You have to allow them from HTT.

I'm getting cookies from everyone but HTT.

No clue how to further allow one site.

Okay, I dug through the options and "allowed" HTT.

So hopefully....

Never had to do it before on any other site though.

It still doesn't work. I still have no HTT cookies. I also found another site that I get no cookies from. I've changed all the settings to low and accept everything. Still nothing.....

I tried rebooting. No good....

I have nothing set to block cookies, and still no cookies from HTT.

I put HTT on the custom allow list just in case. Nothing.......

Well..... I disabled some settings in the free security software that Frontier provides. That did it, and all is working well. Still no clue why HTT cookies couldn't make it through, when all others do.
