OK, Assuming that an 02 95 motor was tuned using a SERT along TwinScan II+ and Wego IID with the O2 sensors mounted in the exhausts about 6-8 inches from the head; Once the sensors are removed and the O2 ports plugged will there be an actual change in the AFR or VEs?   My question is based on the sensors protruding well into the exhaust ports versus the plugged holes occupying no space inside the pipe. I'm thinking the flow of the exhaust has to be impacted by the rather large sensor tips taking up space inside the pipe.

The sensor being there or not being there will cause little to no change at all unless it is a straight pipe exhaust. The muffler is a bigger restriction than the small amount of space the sensors add into the pipes.
The Best you know, is the Best you've had........ not necessarily the Best.
