miss fire under load or higher rpms

i have a buddy of mine that  has been trying to figer out a problem  his bike starts fine runs good untill you get on it hard we cleaned carb changed plugs. wires. coil. and crane hi 4 still does the same thing only thing he did before it started  this was put  new liters in it do you guys think they could be to tight

thanks for the reply mule yea every thing checks ok we found that he had wrong gasket in carb and intake he had kein needed ss  crazy but after  all the messing around in 90 degre heat we found the problem we trimed it down all is good  he is happy
