I have a HPI 51mm TB with 1.710" intake runner, and am going to newer heads. Will the factory flanges, #26993-06 and seals work? Or do I have to buy from HPI?

You'll have to buy flanges from HP Inc. . They are different than stock . Already been down this road .

As Showdog said, you'll have to get the flanges and seals from HPI for their intakes, stock HD will not work.

I have used them, the HD flanges but it took S&S thinner seals to get the fit and seal right.
