New t v- rod

Just picked up 04 v-rod for my wife. At least that's my story. Since she will want to ride it and she is short i want to switch to mid controls. Any one have any suggestions on where to get some. Also any recommendation on narrower lower seat and a set of pipes that do not stick out so far?
