Definitely a scam, just like they used to do on eBay.  Some people want to believe they're getting a great deal and will fall for it ...amazing how often it happens!

Heard that before, and the purchaser will be in some deep stuff when the owner gets out of the pen. I wouldn't want to be the guy who bought a bike that cheap from some broad...
