Headlight burned out on low beam. What is the best replacement bulb (Harley OEM)?

I put replace with the "Silverstar" bulbs available at most any autoparts store, they seem to be a bit brighter

Is it a sealed beam?

My 1997 Road King has a seperate replaceable bulb. If you have a sealed beam, you need to replace it with a H4 unit with a separate bulb.
