Tool box mounting

I just received the tool box mounting bracket for my '54 FL, I bought it from NOSParts.

I'm ready now to bring my '51 (or so, lol) frame to the welder to get the tool box mounting bracket welded on but need a measurement to make sure it gets put in the right place. maybe someone could give me the measurement indicated by the red line to the rear most edge of the mounting bracket indicated by the black line?
