90 vs 93 horn covers?

I have a '90 FLHTCU , but saw some nice horn covers that are isted for '93 and up. The pictures in the catalog  make them look the same as the one I have now, what is the difference?

 Looking at my '90 and 03 Parts book they changed the horn and the mounting bracket is a little different. In the '03 book the horn asm number is 69060-90D and the bracket is 69120-91.  Less hardware in the newer set up.

If it is just a different bracket, the horn cover should attach to the older horn .

thanks... I am no longer using the stock '90 bracket because it would not fit on the 113ci engine, maybe I can get the fancy horn cover I like.
