Just want to say, I've been to a lot of HD dealers, but not one as friendly and helpful as HD of St Augustine.  Classy place and I would highly recommend.

What set them out of the ordinary?  Sales, service or someone go out of their way.  I am one of the first to bitch when service is bad or the business owner doesn't seem to care.  But will acknowledge good service and make a call to bring to it someones attention when they get it right.  Had a bad experience just last week at the dealer near me.  So please elaborate on how they helped you.
