Is there dimensional differences on 26318-37 and 26318-75 oil pump drive gears? Or is the only difference lack of timing mark on the later?

75 and later pumps pump more oil---have a modified one on my 59XLCH

Would that mod be related to the pump innards or the crank shaft drive gear?
