For a kick start bike the clutch sprocket spacer slides onto the clutch gear shaft.   The kick starter gear slides over the clutch sprocket spacer.  I'm looking for a fit tolerance between the clutch sprocket spacer and the clutch gear shaft.  In thousands of a inch for oil lubrication.

Thanks, Mike

lubrication is not an issue here.the spacer is tight against the clutch hub and the mainshaft bearing.hope this helps.Salty

Ahhh, you are the man!  I get it, the darn thing acts as a spacer sandwiched between the clutch basket and the bearing.  Just like you said.  It turns 1 to 1 with the shaft.  Cool, thanks.  I had put it together and felt like I should take it apart just to open up the fit.  Now I can sleep.  I owe you a beer.  Mike
