I installed a 25 tooth engine sprocket and my stock chain is too tight(had to remove adjuster to even get it on)is there a longer chain available?

Yes you can buy different lengths, look at aftermarket supply houses like J&P Cycle or Jireh etc. If you have a local Independent wrench available to order through even better.
