06 1200 sportster rear brake

pulled the pin to change the pads and the clips fell out! now I removed the front bolt to remove the caliper and there's a pin in the back that it floats on and it looks like it screws into the swing  arm and has to come off to remove the caliper. It doesn't want to come off! I heated it and still doesn't want to come off!????any info or suggestions?
