Brembo brakes

 Has anyone in this group ever installed Brembo brakes on a Harley. I am trying to install a set on my 84 FLT.These things come with shims and I have tried every combination of shim and to no avail when you apply pressure and release they drag I hope someone has an idea I would hate to e-bay these an go back to stock.T.I.A.
