OK here goes. I had an Ultima 113 on another bike. My winter project was to install the 113, and a 6 speed on my 94 Herirtage. Got the thing all back together, took it for a ride, and its leaking oil out the rocker boxes. I put new Harley Davidson 80ci Evo gaskets on the rocker boxes before i installed the motor. So I have a lot of questions. The rocker boxes had 2 umbrella valves in each one, I put 1 back in on the intake side. The front rocker box came right off, but the rear one is a different story. There is no way in hell the bottom of the rocker box will come off. The frame and valves are in the way. Any suggestions?

It will come out, but you will have to move it around a bunch to find the way out. It does not just go directly in or out. Dance with it.

I dont think so, not without compressing the valve springs. I tried every combination for over an hour. I am thinking I may have to remove the head. I do not want to have to remove the motor to do this.

JC,
If it turns out you need to compress the spring or take it out, you may be able to do something like in the picture.  I did it to remove that broken spring on a stock evo rocker box.  Bring the piston to top dead center if you take the keepers out.  I think the valve seal will hold the valve up, but no reason to gamble.

Evo160K, good thinking,  I used your technique with a screwdriver, compressed the sping about an 1/8th inch, and it came right out. Thanks for the tip.
