Installed the Revolution system on an 06 Road King after the motor work. Started and the bike came in very quick and tuned within a few miles.

Now the the problem.

Lost a regulator and ran the battery dead. ECM threw low voltage codes, push started and got the bike home (about 5 miles). Replaced battery and regulator, bike now charging.

The bike will now not idle or run properly. Almost the symptoms of a bad head temp sensor.

Called Revolution and sent the ECM back to check that the map was still in the ECM and replaced the fuel management system. Went through all procedures to marry the ECM.

How can I rule out an ECM problem or what are the chances the low voltage killed the head temp sensor?
