Where is the crank sensor located, and whats it take to replace the dang thing? Any precautions need to be known ahead of time?  It's a 2003 with a v6 I believe.

Iirc, I think I remember it being located in the side of the block behind the starter. You have to drop the starter for access.

Crank sensor is located on the right side of the block down low and easy to get too.But they are known to BREAK OFF in the block. lube well,twist and pull gently.Hope this helps.
