Speedometer

I am having a problem with my speedometer on my 2001 sporty 1200C, I have changed the speed censer, changed the turn signal canceler, checked all wiring, changed speedometer, and still not working the lights come on and when I start it up the needle bounces and then nothing. All fuses r fine also what am I missing please help

I would start by checking ground, Then check it with a meter to see if it's recieving signal when the bike is in motion. Never count the speedo out, it could just be shot.
