My fathers Sporty is leaking oil from the clutch cable wear it enters the primary. I checked and the fitting is tight, but it is still leaking oil when sitting still. Is there a seal in this area that can be causing this??

Thanks

There is an o-ring at the end of the clutch cable where it enters and screws into the primary cover.

I guess that means the cable needs to be replaced? He said it's leaking between the smooth part "silver"  of the cable and the threaded section where you tighten it.
