...on cold start up. The bike fires up quickly. Almost every start {stone cold} it will start and then die. I will start it again for the second time  and it stays running. Does this mean that maybe the IAC could be carboned up?  Or can we change some tables ? this started when i loaded the Master tune.

What have you changed in the calibration? Have you messed with the Warmup Enrichment table?

How 'bout IAC Steps?

Are the VE numbers similar between 0%, 2% and 5% between 750, 1000, 1250 rpms.

Thanks for everyones help. Just about got everything like i want. still toying with numbers. My last 2 fillups  i got 45mpg. i was getting 42-43mpg. I know that it is a shot in the dark messin with the tuning. I may get o2"s next year. so i can run the V Tune.

Sorry Bob didnt see your post on page 2.
I have not changed anything on the iac. just with VE. About 10% inc. 2000-3000rpms. VE #'s are pretty much the same on 750-1250rpm's between 0%-5%
