Rear cyl trim?

I just finished a 124" in my 2011 rgc that uses a thundermax, i was breaking it in with map #117(120R map) since i cant get on the dyno for a couple weeks and i ran an auto tune after my heat cycles and about 50 or so easy miles and on my rear cyl trim 1792 the map is bottomed out -25% at the bottom of the dip 14.8*. I couldnt find any intake leaks and my points arent all over there pretty steady. My data logging looked fine but i didn't spend that much time in that rpm range. What else could be causing that or what do i have to do to fix it?
