I purchased an H4 Zenon bulb on E-bay for 99 cents.
$3.95 shipping.
I installed it in my bike (07' 1200 Sporty) and bought two more for Christmas presents for son and Bro-in-law. (06' softail)
Have had bro-in-law following me and in my mirrors the sucker is bright even in the datlight.
Can't beat the price.
I was willing to spend a 5 spot to try it and I'm satisfied with the bulb.

I just cleaned my lens.  That made a big difference.  Then I ordered from Candlepower an H4 -HB2 -9003 bulb by Osram which is a 70/65watt.  The stock bulb if I remember correctly is a 60/55 watt.  Hopefully they show up soon and I will let you know.  If you search the HTT site (type in headlights) and you will get all kinds of info.  Shine on

I just installed the same 70/65 watt bulb as above but I'm waiting on a rim. No report yet.
