Another Muffler Question

Would like some input on these and if they're any good and how loud they might be ?

The open end caps look like they were modified to be larger.. you could always put the closed caps on for quiet... then you would to need to add a few disc.. I think they're a bit high on the price unless the other caps and discs are in the deal.
