Dash Options for CCI 2" Stretched Carb Softail Gas Tank?

I own a Custom Chrome fuel tank I bought for my 2002 Softail.  It's stretched 2", (Pn: 601297), and set up to accept factory dash, caps and fuel gauge.

I'm looking for aftermarket dashes that will accept my stock speedometer, indicator light bar and ignition switch. 

Other than the Milwaukee Iron, Pn: 621015-00, can anybody recommend an alternatative?

Appreciate any help and/or leads to another option.
