mikuni adjustment with Woods W6 cam help

I have a mikuni 42mm carb. - 165m 20p 50 nozzle.  GAS blowby from the carb.  I have adjusted screw #1 in one turn from max. (past the recommended 2mm gap) - no stagger.  (Still gas blowby from the carb.)  Should I adjust screw #2 out or in to end the stroke earlier?

97 dyna, heads ported and flowed, V&H staggered drag, bolt baffles.

Adjusting the carb will not solve this problem.  It is the cam and pipes you have.  If you mean the mixture is blown out into the air cleaner.  Also called standoff or reversion.
