04 Fatboy, 10.8 Cr .037 squish Non-Ported HTCC heads, pistons &  intake, stock TB, big sucker, true duals closed 9 disc each WT TC-26G cams, TTS Mastertune
On road tuning using DataMaster and AFR meter 
On setting AFR what is considered high MAP
Shooting for 14.0 - 14.2 part throttle and cruise, 13.5 high MAP and full throttle

100 KPA is = 1 atmosphere of  pressure.  When you wack the throttle open, the intake manifold pressure immediately tries go to to 100KPA, AKA high MAP or low vacuum.  Decel is usually less than 20KPA, low MAP or high vacuum, steady cruise is between 25 and 40KPA, or light load, part throttle.

Think of it like this

20kpa MAP is negative torque or no throttle and in a downshift
35kpa is about what idle is or 0% throttle
75kpa MAP is 75% of the available torque  or about 15% throttle.  This is about the time Harley starts ignoring the o2s and starts "bringing on the fuel"
100kpa MAP is 100% of the available torque or full throttle.
