Will it affect tune with out football A/C cover?

I have a 2012 FLTRX with Fulsac head pipe, SE air cleaner, Fulsac 103 baffle mod and a TTS. My question:

I want to take off the stock A/C football cover and run with just the open air cleaner. Will this affect my tune? If so, I will install stock A/C cover until I can either Vtune or Dyno tune without the cover on.

I'm getting ready to ride to Street Vibrations in Reno from LA and don't want to run too lean.

I doubt it . . . not enough to make a measureable difference.  My theory is that intake (once the engine easily has all it can consume) isn't nearly as touchy as exhaust where everything make a difference. 

The intake air temp will probably be 30 to 40 degrees cooler with the football off.

I thought it would get cold air with it off but could really smell the crankcase blowby. gonna have to route the hoses somewhere out of harm & nostrils way.
