V-rod handlebar diameter

Are the v-rod handlebars 1 inch or 7/8ths.....hey have about the right rise and pull back for  my bike unless they are 7/8ths and i don't think they make any risers that small.

...AND THE SPACING MATCHES THE STOCK HARLEY TUBE FRONT ENDS...BUT... THE LOWER PART OF THE HANDLE BARS IS NOT CHROMED (THE PART COVERED BY THE "CLAM SHELL" ). IT ALSO HAS A SMALL BRACKET WELDED ON TO MOUNT THE "CLAM SHELL".

Hmmm, I guess it wouldn't be a simple switch then....the rise and pull back are about perfect though...oh well back to the  search, thanks
