BDL compensator

Currently I am running the BDL chain primary kit with the solid sprocket and want to switch to there compensator. Anyone here every installed one of those units? I currenty still run the stock rotor which is thick at the splines and worry about misalignment of the thicker BDL compensator. Not sure if I should purchase one of the thinner bodied rotors.

shouldn't matter due to the simple fact that the skinny rotor kit usually comes with thick washers to take up slack...keep the old rotor at any cost...thin ones are junk.although they have acquirered encapsulated magnets these days- the thin rotors are still insufficient due to cracking and material being inferior.....
