Rocker box noise

I just wanted to check w/ the pro's and see if this in normal.  I'm getting a lot of rattling noise coming from the rocker box location when I'm at speed (first noticed it at 60 mph).  Is there a normal about of noise for the 94 evo that I should just ignore?  With this being my first Harley...I wanted to check it out.  Thanks for the assist.

Are you sure its not coming from the carb ( if its not injected) especially if its a Mikuni...The slides can rattle quite a bit and at 60 mph its hard to tell where its coming from..

It's very possible it's coming from the carb.  It's an S&S carb though.  Try'n to narrow down the source while doing 60 and pulling my head down close to the engine all while trying not to wreck....

My 89 FLHTC has always had a rattling noise.
I think it may be from the front push rod.
I have had three different cams in the bike.
It did it with the stock carb and the Mikuni I now run.
