40/early 41 frame measurments

Can someone direct me or if you know tell me some frame measurement's. With frame sitting on a flat surface what is the distance from the flat surface to some point on the neck, say either the bottom inside of neck or the bottom outside of neck. Trying to determine if frame is slightly tweaked in the downward direction. thnx.

Sorry no real help here, I looked through all of my manuals and the only 40-42 I have is the WLA manual. Everything else is Pan and newer. I scanned the frame measurement pages. I can't imagine it's too far off from what you need. No measurement from neck down though.
