Anyone here ever installed a aftermarket set of aftermarket set of 2000 and newer sealed bearing spoke wheels on a 72 and earlier round tube swingarm? I am curious about running a disk brake, wheel spacers and would you still use the dished chain sprocket or a flat one with the newer wheels.

Tiburonic.......... I put a newer wheel on my round swingarm (72)and used a Performance Machine disc setup for a round swingarm. Went off the stock master cylinder. The bracket has built in spacers........used my old axle. Also used a dished rotor. Changed front wheel to disc also. No fabbing at all. Bike now stops with one finger pull instead of a death grip slowdown.

I am looking at ordering a set of sealed bearing wheels for the bike this week. Is the pilot dia for the sprocket and brake rotor different of the 2000-up wheels.
Also is the width of the wheel at the bearings wider on the sealed bearings. I would like to reuse my spacers and Jay Brake custom bottom mount caliper bracket.
