Anyone install this combination in their Twin?

Many have, good set-up for a stock 88" motor. However, the original set-up isn't bad. You can't leave the lifters in there too long either, I'd just RNR the stock tensioners, etc.

If I were changing cams I would go with the 21N conversion cams and the 07 and up cam plate.  No pressing bearings in the plate required and a better setup IMO.  I have 21N's in my FLHT

just did mine used my 204 cams and up graded to Torrington bearings it was easy to do.
