PCV with auto tune questions

Just installed PCV with auto tune on my 06 RG. What is the best over all afr for power and milage. I see most dyno runs are around 13.7 some are richer but these are all at wide open. When I got the pcv the afr was set at 13 below and above cruising range which was set at 13.7. I have now changed them but am wondering if there is some base line to work from or just keep moving until bike feels happy.
Another thing is rev limiter is set at 6200 but I am on it at 5500 which is 60 mph in 2nd gear, stock gearing and wheels. I have seen a chart on here that shows max mph in gears but can't find it. can some one point me to it
