Just bought a new 2013 CVO 110 Ultra, gonna order new 2-1, just wondering what baffle to get with the 110? I really want it to sound good but not obnoxious loud! I also already have the TTS to tune it with, what map should I start with?? I am going to stay with the 255 s since I want the low end torque. Thanks or the help

Perforated baffle is the loudest, or you can use the perforated wrapped if you want to tone it down a bit.

Do not use the concentric baffle or the louvered

Would like someone to explain why a louvred baffle is not suitable.
How one operates differently to a same diameter perforated tube.

Good question, I'd like to know the reason too.

I've used DD fat cat 2into1 "big bore" don't like it - very very LOUD indeed, it can wake up the entire neighbors at 5 o'clock in the morning.
Then I purchased DD fat cat with "Quiet Baffle - 2into1 still loud but perfect.

I run a standard baffle in one of my bikes and a quiet baffle in another.  They are the older Fat Cat not the boss. Both are "louvered" and perform very well in a built 95" and a mild 103".  I hear the Concentric is the restrictive one.  Big Bore is for bigger motors up to 117".
