I have a 1995 FLHTCU, battery is good, has spark, getting fuel but will not start. Any ideas?

Timing or carburetion.  Lifter failure or engine flooding come to mind.

Good compression? Did you check for intake leaks? Choke cable and accelerator pump operating as they should? I'll take a guess and say either the carb is out of wack or the electronic ignition is on it's way out. You may have gotten some bad gas or the carb is just in need of a good clean and adjustment. I recently had an ignition system that was failing by making the bike very hard to start when cold but after that 1st start it ran good. When I took quick look at it I saw that it was getteng spark and moved on to the carb to try to fix the problem. It took me a while to notice the spark it was throwing wasn't as bright as it should be. Changed it out and the bike ran great again. It wouldn't hurt to put an ohm meter to the coil and make sure that's within spec as well.
