SEPST .dt0 file format?

Does anybody know the format of the .dt0 calibration files used by the SEPST software?  They are around 195k (more than four times larger than the TTS MTE files) but SEPST gives access to fewer tables than TTS.

Is it possible that the .dt0 files are a complete dump of the ECM?  If so, is it possible that by knowing the file format, one could modify the .dt0 files directly and inspect/modify some of the tables to which SEPST doesn't provide access?  And if one did, would the SEPST software write back all the data in the .dt0 file including the configurations not supported by the software?

Thanks for any help
