float pin cv40

Ok taking my carb apart to clean and rebuild.  For some reason I can't get the pin out that holds the float. I'm going in direction of the arrow but the pin hasn't moved a bit. Can any help with ideas to remove this or has anyone else had this problem.

You need a small punch and support the pin bracket on the other side. A second set of hand is helpful to position the pin bracket correctly on the support. Some wd40 over night helps a fair bit
