Crane cam

Need some help identifying this cam. This was installed in my motor when I bought it. I am rebuilding the motor and am not sure which cam it is. Was told by the seller that cam, lifters and push rods were all crane but he didn't know which cam it is.
All I have is this info - SHV 400 46058. This info is on the end of the cam. Tried to contact Crane but impossible since they are now out of business(my luck). Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure, but that sounds like a Comp Cams number to me.  Call them.

  The word on Crane is they are going to reorganize and reopen in March.

BTW, Crane Cams has officially closed it's doors.
